its seems a bit of a scam that you can't get even get the prize that you already paid for to play the game, unless you purchase more. seems real shady. if that were the case my last prize won should have been shipped. but instead it prompts me to purchase more tokens in order for my prize to be shipped. never had an issue until now. so yes it looks like you're starting to scam your customers.
