Freewill: Quit Smoking

Quitting alone is hard. In Freewill you are in the same room as people who quit the same day: when a craving hits, you write, and someone answers.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Stage rooms, topic rooms and community goals we chase together. First week, craving moment, starting over: whatever stage you are in, there are people there who know it. Voice chat, your own room and games you play together are here too.

A FOREST THAT GROWS WITH YOU
Every smoke-free day plants a tree on your island. Spend the coins you earn on new trees, seasons and skies, and shape an island that is nobody else's. It is the one thing you can look at and see exactly how far you have come.

A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR DAY
Freewill Coach is there at 2am when the craving is loud. It knows how long you have been smoke-free, what you wrote in your check-ins and which routines you keep, so the answer is about you and not a leaflet.

THREE MINUTES INSTEAD OF A CIGARETTE
A craving peaks in three to five minutes and then it passes. Guided breathing carries you across that window. Press the button, breathe, come out the other side.

WHAT QUITTING GIVES BACK, IN NUMBERS
Money saved, cigarettes not smoked, hours of life regained and your body's recovery, all counted from the moment you stopped. The numbers keep running while the app is closed, and they are waiting for you when you open it.

A ROUTINE FOR THE GAP
Smoking had its own routine: after coffee, before the meeting, on the balcony. Build your own routine or start from a ready-made one, and let the reminder catch you before the craving does.

HOW YOU ACTUALLY FEEL
A daily check-in for mood, craving, irritability and confidence, plus a note in your own words. Over weeks it turns into a chart that shows the bad days getting rarer.

BADGES AND THE BOARD
19 milestones from the twelfth hour to the first year. Join the leaderboard if you want company on the climb, keep your progress to yourself if you do not. It is off by default.

FREEWILL PRO
Pro unlocks the forest, the market, the coach, routines, breathing exercises, statistics and badges. Your counter, your savings and your health timeline stay free, forever.

The app interface is available in 10 languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Russian. Your progress is tied to your account, so a new phone does not cost you your streak.

Freewill is a motivation and tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If you are using medication or nicotine replacement therapy, talk to your doctor.
