Solar production information in the main screen doesn't work, can't tell the system is working unless you look at the Module screen, which only shows updates in ten minute intervals, and only shows snapshots that are 15 minutes old. Makes no sense. The daily production bar graph is ok though

2026-03-24	Da*****	The App works ok. One improvement would be the ability to switch the settings automatically. I use self consumption mode down to 30% battery charge. It would be great if the system could switch automatically to battery backup mode when a power outage occurs. Currently you have to manually change it. As well, if you consumed your power down to the specified value you have to lower the value in battery backup up mode.

2026-03-14	Tu*****	Used to work great on my Fold 7, now a full screen ad for APbot smart assistant displays and there is no way to close it. I am able to close it on the front screen as the ad is much smaller and I can see the X to close it but not when using the inside screen. Please fix this.

2025-12-24	Ga*****	My app worked pretty well for a year and a half until December the 9th or 10th of 2025. customer support keep sending me information on how to reconnect but nothing woríks. when I get someone on the phone I'm told that I have an open case and it will be resolved. I am not happy at all. very poor customer service indeed. I should be able to get someone to talk to me on the phone and tell me how to use or reconnect their device.
