When the app is functioning, the core monitoring features are useful, but reliability and user experience have significantly deteriorated due to recent updates.

Pretty basic. Not on par with other manufacturers UI. Polling rate is slow because it's data is cloud based. Kind of needs this to be real time local based if you are really into metric data, which is not available on their PCS.
