MGL EmpowerPlus

MGL EmpowerPlus is a secure, B2B field-operations application built exclusively for authorized Mahanagar Gas Ltd (MGL) personnel who manage retail outlet (RO) and station operations. After signing in and selecting an assigned station, users get a single, streamlined workspace to handle day-to-day operational tasks in the field.

Note: This is an enterprise application provisioned for authorized MGL staff only. It is not intended for the general public and requires valid MGL credentials to sign in.

Retail Outlet (RO) Audits
• Conduct on-site RO audits with structured audit questions.
• Capture sales-quantity readings and audit responses.
• Attach a retail outlet photo and record the GPS location where the audit was performed.
• Resume in-progress audits and track their status.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Powered by the Salesforce Mobile SDK, with data securely stored in MGL's Salesforce environment.
• Encrypted communication (TLS/HTTPS) between the app and Salesforce.
• Synchronizes records, documents, and photos with MGL's systems when connectivity is available.
• Push notifications keep you informed of operational updates and alerts.

PERMISSIONS
The app requests only the permissions needed to do the job:
• Location — to capture GPS coordinates for RO audits.
• Camera — to capture photos for audits, complaints, compliance, and STC records.
• Storage / files — to attach and share documents and store records until they sync.
• Notifications — to deliver operational updates.

PRIVACY & DATA
MGL is the data controller for all information processed in the app. Account and data lifecycle management are handled by MGL's system administrators. For account deletion or data requests, contact MGL's IT/Operations department through your internal support channels.
