Getting the error downloading files on my new Pixel 4a, bummer, worked just fine on my old Moto G6.

When trying to download first ENC I receive an unhelpful Download Error message. That apparently is keeping the app from creating the top level folders so I cannot sideload either. Tried to get it to work on samsung galaxy s10 and a TAB , same result. Reached out to support at link provided. Days have gone by with no response. Too bad as this app seems to have promise, if I could only get it to work.
