2025-01-25	Su*****	Menu option is disabled all the time and there is no such privacy provided to the restro owner, whole app is manageable by zonal manager and he can apply any type of discount on your without even asking to you. And you can not even remove from your outlet from this app you have to call to Zomato team. This is totally mess. This app is made for only to pick order that's it😅 and there is no control of yours. Menu is disabled add and discounts run by managers you are just puppets who can see.

My parents who are using this app, love it because of its simple, clear interface and user friendly workflows and necessary features. Excellent work zomato! Also extra points for good font size ! 2025-01-15	Me*****	Zomato is looting the partner on the name of ads and fulfilment fees. They don't give single rupee to partners. The cut whole amount on ads and delivery charges. They take delivery charges from both customer and partners. They are making fool to the restorant partnera.

2025-01-09	Ro*****	Worse service by their side I had a horrible experience with zomato partner application they are sitting their to steal Hard work money and continue dedication from payout just give one or 1-2 order in a week a always popping up for free ads and if you think to avail this feature they start deducting amount from your payout even their staff are also very talented in deduction of and don't give support to avoid deduction. And also one more best part they also not reply for the tickets.

2025-01-02	Mu*****	I can't believe Zomato backend team playing cheap trick. But it is true. To save a refund from a cancelled order they manipulated my menu with approval by giving wrong tags. Order was cancelled because delivery partner didn't show up and refuse to deliver the order. Frustrated raising ticket to explain again and again this issue to support. Not helpful

No customer support, no partner support. no account manager. call customer support every time says, with in 24 hours customer care executive call you but no response. and his Ads team very desaster, every time says we run only your ads, order receive or not not our responsibility.
