Menu option is disabled all the time and there is no such privacy provided to the restro owner, whole app is manageable by zonal manager and he can apply any type of discount on your without even asking to you. And you can not even remove from your outlet from this app you have to call to Zomato team. This is totally mess. This app is made for only to pick order that's it😅 and there is no control of yours. Menu is disabled add and discounts run by managers you are just puppets who can see.

Easy to use, absolutely what's required for the partners to know that is given to use in terms of business and reporting. My parents who are using this app, love it because of its simple, clear interface and user friendly workflows and necessary features. Excellent work zomato! Also extra points for good font size ! Plus some more extra points because swiggy's partner app sucks - your competition is unable to match you. And you have login session persistence too which is great 😃
