e-SENAR Extranet – Field Visit and Event Management

The official SENAR MS app for technicians and collaborators who conduct rural training events and visits. Have all your scheduling information at your fingertips and register your visits quickly, securely, and offline.

Main Features:

• Event List – View all available events and schedules, including name, municipality, and start date, directly on the home screen.

• GPS Check-in – Register your presence in the field with geolocation confirmation, ensuring accuracy and traceability of visits.

• Photographic Record – Capture and send photos as evidence of the service provided, directly through the app.

• Scheduling Details – Access complete information about each event: property, producer, location, period, and check-in status (Pending, Started, or Finished).

• Offline Mode – Work even without internet. Data is stored locally and automatically synchronized when the connection is restored.

• Connectivity indicator – The app displays clear warnings when you are offline or when the displayed data may be outdated.

• Secure access – Login with corporate credentials and encrypted storage of the authentication token.
