5k Run Trainer 2

5k Run Trainer is a Wear OS Standalone App that helps get back into running. It is based on the C25K model.
Make sure to enable notification for app settings.

Leave your phone at home with this standalone App.
You can pause, skip or stop workout.
App works in the background with minimal battery drain.
User is sent a notification with details and a timer. Watch vibrates and sends a beep if you are listening to music. Using wrest gestures, you view the notification and continue without having to interrupt your workout.
