Spoke to 3 Uplift users new and old and was excited to hear how it worked and improved their travel experience and recovery time. They didn't miss a minute w Uplift was wonderful to hear! Studies show it takes 12~24 hours to recover for each time zone crossed, w Uplift that's reduced by at least 50% and was 75%~85% on my last 3 trips. Amazing, and a must for time zone travelers. Thanks!
