takes hours 10 hours or longer for money to be sent. i have to contact customer service all the time. customer service is bad also. takes hours for them to answer my inquiry. maybe send wave is a better option. eventhough they charge 99cents. almost same exchange rate

I cannot recommend this app. As a new user, I was going through the account setup process. I came to a point where I could put money in a wallet. I put money in the wallet. Then I made a transfer, filling information about the recipient etc. Ulink removed the money from my bank account but then posted that my account was under review. customer service will not tell me how long the review will take; they were uninformative and unresponsive. I feel like I have lost my money.
