They will allow you to create an account creating a username and password, link a debit card, add a recipient, initiate a transfer, debit funds from your financial institution and THEN- email you asking for identity verification via a video selfie and a bank statement! Then when I tell them to cancel the transaction and refund me my money they say I won't need a refund because it was cancelled yet, the funds were debited from my account!
