Proplanum

Proplanum is the app for people who work at companies that plan their staffing in Proplanum. Check your shifts, clock in and out, and request time off — without calling your manager or walking over to the roster on the wall.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Schedule — see your shifts for today, the week and the month. Open a shift for its hours, location, position and breaks.
• Time tracking — start and finish work with one tap, take a break, review your entries and your daily total.
• Requests — ask for leave or another absence, check how much you have left and what happened to earlier requests.
• Availability — mark when you can work so your manager can build the roster without asking.
• Tasks — see what is expected of you during a shift and tick it off.
• Chat — message your manager or your team without swapping phone numbers.
• Notifications — hear about a roster change, a decision on your request or a new message.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL

Schedule, requests and tasks are available offline. In a warehouse, a cold store or an underground car park your data is still there, and time entries are sent once the network is back.

SIGNING IN

Use your fingerprint or face instead of typing a password at the start of every shift.

WHO CAN USE IT

The app needs a Proplanum account, created by your employer. If your company does not use Proplanum yet, downloading the app alone will not let you sign in.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Proplanum plans shift work, records working time and settles overtime in line with labour law. Rosters are built in the web panel and reach your people in the app straight away. More at proplanum.com
