Cut distraction time by up to 60%. Gradually, without hard blocking your phone.
PeaceToggle – Reduce Screen Time Gradually | Limit Reels & Shorts | Focus & Study More
You open the phone for five minutes. Two hours of Reels later, the syllabus has not moved.
The usual fix is to block everything. Day one feels great. Day three you turn it off, delete the app, and scroll twice as much. Hard blocking fails because it treats a habit like a switch.
PeaceToggle treats it like a dial. It leaves your phone working and turns your distraction time down slowly, week after week, until it is up to 60% lower than where you started. You do not feel it happen. You just notice you have your evenings back.
Soft on you. Hard on the habit.

📉 WHAT GRADUAL ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
Say Instagram takes 4 hours a day.
Week 1: 3h 30m - barely noticeable
Week 2: 3h - you stop opening it out of boredom
Week 3: 2h 20m - you start reaching for something else
Week 4: 1h 45m - the pull is gone
Then: around 1h 35m, roughly 60% less than day one
No cold turkey. No withdrawal. No app deleted in frustration.

🕊️ WHY EASING BEATS BANNING
✅ Up to 60% less distraction time, reached step by step
✅ Your phone stays a phone - calls, notes, study apps, payments untouched
✅ AI picks the targets, so only genuinely wasteful apps get limited
✅ Reels and Shorts go, the app stays - keep chatting, lose the endless feed
✅ Limits you cannot talk your way out of - password locked, uninstall protected

KEY FEATURES
📉 GRADUAL 60% REDUCTION
PeaceToggle measures how much you really use each app, then shaves the daily allowance a little at a time. Drops small enough to ignore, repeated long enough to break the habit.
🛑 LIMIT REELS AND SHORTS, NOT THE WHOLE APP
Endless feeds are the problem, not the app. PeaceToggle reads what is on screen, on your device, and limits the time-wasting part while normal use keeps working.
🧠 AI APP CATEGORIZATION
Every app is sorted into Pure Time Waste, Potential Time Waste, or No Time Waste, using on-device analysis together with our categorization service. Study apps, notes, calculator and calls stay free. Social and gaming apps get the dial. Override any category yourself.
🔒 GENTLE LIMIT, FIRM LOCK
The limit arrives softly, but it holds. When the day's allowance runs out, that app locks. Unlock needs your password or a 6-digit code sent to your email, so a weak moment cannot undo weeks of progress.
🛡️ UNINSTALL PROTECTION
Turn on Device Admin and PeaceToggle cannot be removed without the password. The loophole other blockers leave open is closed.
📊 SCREEN TIME ANALYTICS
Live per-app usage, daily history, and a ranked list of your worst apps. See where the hours went and how far you have come.
🎯 YOU SET THE PACE
Slow and comfortable, or faster if you are serious. Choose which apps are monitored, which are limited, and how quickly the allowance tightens. Whitelist what you actually need.
👥 ACCOUNTABILITY MODE (OPTIONAL)
Hand the unlock password to a friend, sibling or parent. You keep studying, they keep the key. Strongest setting in exam season.
🔏 PRIVACY, PLAINLY
- Screen text is analyzed on your device and never uploaded or stored anywhere else.
- Only usage summaries (per-app time and category scores) and classified app package names sync to our servers, over an encrypted connection, to power your dashboard and reduction schedule.
- Email and phone are used for login and the unlock code only.
- We never sell your data, and collect only what these features need.
Accessibility Service API permission:
PeaceToggle uses Android's Accessibility Service, with your explicit consent, to read on-screen text so it can tell whether content is time-wasting and limit distracting content inside the apps you select. This analysis happens entirely on your device; the text is never uploaded or stored off the device. You can turn it off anytime in Android Settings. The app discloses this use before you enable it.
Your phone takes four hours a day. PeaceToggle gives most of it back, one quiet step at a time.
