Fleet Tally is a simple, offline manager for car and bike rental businesses.
Keep your fleet, rent vehicles out, and track exactly what's on rent, what's
overdue and what each renter owes. No account, no sign-up, and no internet
connection required. Everything is saved privately on your own device.

Add the cars and bikes you rent, each with a daily rate. Start a rental in
seconds by picking an available vehicle, the renter, the out and due dates and
the deposit — Fleet Tally estimates the charge from the number of days.

The On Rent screen shows every vehicle out right now, sorted by due date, with
the running charge and a clear overdue flag so nothing slips. When a vehicle
comes back, the return flow lets you set the return date, add fuel and extra
charges, and record the final payment — the day-based total is calculated for
you. Completed rentals move to Returns with their final charges and any unpaid
balance.

The Reports screen turns your book into clear numbers: total revenue, collected
versus outstanding, vehicles, rentals and rental days, revenue by month and your
top-earning vehicles.
