Eye Massage

Eye massage is the self-care method with the goal to relieve you from tired eyes by increasing blood flow and lubrication around the eyes.

A series of follow-along videos will guide and teach you to perform massage around your eyes by yourself. The focus session will guide you on how to make your eye muscles stronger to try to prevent eye fatigue. The built-in Eye chart is similar to those used in most common opticians and physicians offices and will show random letters where you can test your vision.

For premium users the app is available offline, ad-free and includes user statistics of completed Eye massage sessions and viewed Eye charts the current week, last week and totals.

Eye Massage is designed to help with eye relaxation and comfort. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical conditions. Please consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
