Evolução de Enfermagem is a powerful Chrome extension designed to automate the nursing clinical evolution process for both professionals and academics. By leveraging mobile technology, it offers a flexible and efficient way to document patient care with just a few clicks. Users can register nursing professionals or students and access two main features: viewing the most important nursing terms and completing patient evolutions via a detailed checklist form.

This extension allows users to add, delete, and manage patient records, fill out customizable forms that automatically generate evolution notes, edit generated texts, and export patient evolution reports as PDFs. Developed with input from nursing experts Antonio Jalson Cardoso Magalhães, Sâmua Rodrigues Nascimento, and Thatielly Rodrigues De Morais Fé, it enhances productivity and accuracy in nursing documentation, delivering a seamless user experience for healthcare providers and learners alike.
