There's no sign-up, no login, and no cloud sync. Your journal entries, mood logs, and onboarding answers are stored on your device by default. When you use Chat, daily prompts, weekly reflections, or Arc, the relevant text is sent securely to generate the AI response and is not stored in a persistent database by After. Search your full archive anytime, and export everything you've written to PDF whenever you want a copy for yourself.
