2025-01-20	Ha*****	After 6 attempts to pay, finally went through, for the receipt. Today, I revcieve a a £60 ticket for the exact time I purchased on the app. I had to send on proof of payment, but yeah I'll 100% have to take them to court in the end as even though this is their app infraction was at 1pm and ticket was valid til 1:03pm, the app is a SCAM and is just there to try to scam sick people put of extra money This was a hospital and I will be complaining to the ombudsman!!

2025-01-02	Ma*****	This app is terrible, I have the misfortune of having to use a apcoa connect Carpark weekly, and despite confirmation of payment it then doesn't go through and I've ended up with 2 tickets. No way to prove it, but at the time I'm certain it confirmed it as I do not leave my car until it is confirmed. Useless app

2024-12-31	Ch*****	Completely failed to transmit promised 4 digit codes via SMS during set up at station car park 3 times. Parked elsewhere. Continued to try to set up on subsequent days for potential future use but responds 'tried 3 times in 30 mins so phone'. Of course, no answer! Unusable.

2024-12-30	He*****	As a first time user, by the time you've downloaded the app, entered car details, personal details, card details, the parking start time is no longer valid and you have to start again. No way to get 20 minutes free, as advertised, had to pay for a whole day for 30 minutes. Rip-off.

2024-12-29	Jo*****	Should be able to pay online without installing an app. I'll avoid Apoca car parks just for how annoying the app is. Will be contacting them to delete my details as I did not want to open an account but pay as guest was not an option.

2024-12-28	Th*****	Not good. I found it hard to pay for parking at Staplehurst Station. App just spun and spun. Really wasn't intuitive. No idea if I had paid or not. Ended up getting a paper ticket for the machine. Might have paid twice - who knows. Not recommended.

No Google Pay integration, requires saving your card details (lucky I was carrying it for a change), phone number AND address to the app. It doesn't work with my password manager and wouldn't even let me copy & paste between the two, so I had to set up a weak temporary password. Security-size I don't feel happy with this app at all

However once I check my sms to get the code l find the registration page has already closed once y go back to it. Seems set up to prevent registration and, judging by other comments, this company thrives on charging people extra when they can't pay. I suggest passing details to Ripoff Britain for them to shame APCOA.

2024-12-12	Ca*****	"Simple" it says. I wish it was. I've had the displeasure of using this to pay for hospital parking at an already stressful time. Most of the previous reviews have it covered, it's a poor interface that feels dated and laborious. With the limited signal in a particular car park I was using, the app will sometimes throw a fit without a stable connection. I feel it puts pressure on you to pay before exiting at risk of charges too but its hard to see what's even gone through or still needs paying.
