After 6 attempts to pay, finally went through, for the receipt. Today, I revcieve a a £60 ticket for the exact time I purchased on the app. I had to send on proof of payment, but yeah I'll 100% have to take them to court in the end as even though this is their app infraction was at 1pm and ticket was valid til 1:03pm, the app is a SCAM and is just there to try to scam sick people put of extra money This was a hospital and I will be complaining to the ombudsman!!

This app is terrible, I have the misfortune of having to use a apcoa connect Carpark weekly, and despite confirmation of payment it then doesn't go through and I've ended up with 2 tickets. No way to prove it, but at the time I'm certain it confirmed it as I do not leave my car until it is confirmed. Useless app
