2025-01-21	Kh*****	Could you please provide an indication of how much credit I have remaining with you? How am I supposed to know if I can make a purchase—should I just take a chance and scan? After going through the effort of negotiating to buy the product and queuing up to pay, only to find out at the last moment that I can't make the purchase via Atome, it becomes quite frustrating. If you could clearly indicate the remaining credit, it would help us, as buyers, plan and decide when to proceed with a purchase!

2024-12-16	Ta*****	It doesn't work for me and customers service is not being very helpful. Got a wait 90 days before trying again message. Suspect non-local has different credit limit but found out transactions not working at all. Tried ask CS but given a not helpful answer, and to try the common "fixes" and quote "beyond our direct control". Can't see limit, can't know your balance. Not upfront about their policy and for me, doesn't work right out of the box. Just use GrabPay, ShopeePay.

2024-12-07	Su*****	They claimed that there was an error with the auto-deduction from my linked credit card just so they could charge me an additonal dollar in processing fees. Which they never mentioned upfront.

It's not even my fault yet you automatically charge and seem do not care about it. It seems Loyal customer means nothing to you. Adios!!!

Basically said here's 5 different possible points of failure, it's up to you to figure it out! How does that help me. Takes the convenience of the paylater system... might as well take out a bank loan and pay in full. Less mafan

2024-11-07	Sa*****	I been trying to use the atome app to book hotels overseas but it keep stating to Try again 90 days later. Having this use for the last 6 months. I've tried all the mentioned methods from customer service and it hasn't worked since. If that's the case, then the app itself is of no use because there's nothing else beneficial other than that.

2024-11-04	Al*****	Highly recommended, especially if one is cash-strapped. The ability to break into installments is very helpful, and it always pays to join whatever contests and/or campaigns they hold because you might just be the next winner!
