Cannot use with mobile smart phone; works only with tablet in office. December: received Android 14; not compatible with Android 14; still works with Fire tab 7 9th gen. September: advised by technical that Android 14 is required. August received reader; not compatible with Android 12; compatible with Fire tab 7 9th gen

NOTE Advised today 24-9-2 by customer service that the required version is Android 14. It would have been good to know this during all those months waiting for the reader. The info for this app says Android 8 and up but that is NOT CORRECT. 24-8-31 Unable to pair with card on reader on this device Galaxy A31 - Android 12 (Still pairs with previous device as normal Fire Tab 7 - 9th gen.) -
