Cyber Shutter is that off switch. It's a firewall that runs entirely on your phone. Flip one switch, tap "Allow," and every app's outbound traffic flows through a filter you control. Nothing is routed through our servers — because there are none.

• The only network requests it makes are your own apps' DNS lookups, forwarded to the same resolver your phone already uses.

HOW IT WORKS
Android requires a local VpnService to filter traffic per app. Cyber Shutter uses one — but the "VPN" is virtual and lives on your device. There is no remote server and no traffic forwarding off the phone.
