Warden: Private Firewall

Warden puts you back in control of what your phone is allowed to reach.

Warden is an on-device firewall built on Android's VPN interface. It applies your rules locally — nothing is sent to a server, and there is no account, no logs, and no tracking.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Allow or block network access for any app, in one tap
• Blocked by default — a new app gets no network access until you grant it
• Schedules — let an app online only during set hours, on the days you choose
• Wi-Fi or mobile — allow an app on Wi-Fi only, mobile only, both, or neither
• See the host a blocked app tried to reach — by name, not just an IP
• Restores itself after a reboot, and works with Android's always-on VPN

GOOD TO KNOW
Warden is a local firewall, not a remote "privacy VPN". It does not hide your IP address, encrypt your traffic, or change your location.

Warden blocks whole apps. It is not an ad blocker or a tracker blocker: it has no blocklists and does not filter individual domains, so an app you allow can still reach any server it likes.
