DailyDotKids Teacher

DailyDotKids Teacher is the classroom app for educators at licensed daycares and preschools. Log activities in a few taps, share updates with families, generate daily reports, and manage your shift—on a personal phone or a shared classroom tablet.

Your daycare invites you with a secure code. This app is not open to public signup.

3-TAP ACTIVITY LOGGING
• Log meals, naps, moods, potty, supplies, and custom notes
• Bulk-log from the class roster or log for one child
• Attach photos from the camera or photo library

CLASS ROSTER & STUDENT CONTEXT
• See your class list with quick-action buttons
• View allergies, emergency contacts, and parent info at a glance
• Open student history, activities, and reports

CLASS DIARY & HISTORY
• Add timestamped class diary notes
• Browse class activity and report history with filters
• Generate end-of-day reports for individual students or the whole class

CLOCK IN / OUT & TIME LOGS
• Clock in before logging activities (center policy)
• Review your own clock-in and clock-out history

SHARED CLASSROOM TABLET
• Switch teachers with a 4-digit PIN—no password juggling between shifts
• Use a shared tablet at the classroom check-in desk
• Manage your device PIN in Settings when enabled by your center

SETTINGS & PROFILE
• Update your name, phone, bio, and qualifications
• Upload a profile photo
• Change password; optional biometric sign-in
• View daycare contact information

REQUIREMENTS
• Teacher invitation code from your daycare administrator
• Account created through the in-app signup flow
