2024-04-07	Te*****	This app is awful. I can receive push notifications for motion detection but when attempting to check motion detection pictures/messages I receive an error message saying 'no data' or 'check network connection'. This is on an Android device. No type of troubleshooting has fixed the issue. Without being able to view motion detection the security cameras are virtually useless with a mobile phone. App management needs to address this.

2023-10-01	Dy*****	Just the worst app. It needs a complete UI overhaul. The time slider bounces around when you try to go to a time. You can't roll I to the next day's footage without going back and picking the next day. The media recorded screen doesn't even fit the phone screen and the bottom button are covered by the border. Please get a 3rd party to evaluate the app for you and give you a list of things to fix

It doesn't work on the record function and most of the time when you try to playback video it says only one viewer at a time. Im the only one that can access the app but it says its already playing back some place else. Makes the whole system useless because its impossible to export video from the actual unit unless it has picked up an event. Cocoon needs to have a serious rethink on there development programmers.

2023-04-09	Pa*****	Have had it for a couple of years now and not impressed. As mentioned by others, continually drops out over time and requires reinstalling of the device. Will work for a week or two, then crashes. Cocoon doesn't appear to care as making it actually work correctly would affect their bottom line and mean less profit at the end of the day.

2022-12-29	Ke*****	Rubbish, drops out all the time. App is confusing and hard to work. Good luck working out how to adjust viewing zones for each camera, managed once, but dropped out, also giving you notice when a zone is set off drove me crazy as it was always a false notice, assume it still picked up bushes even though they were zoned out of picture. Gave up and turned this feature off.

This app is nothing close to being a decent home security app. It is a piece of garbage that doesn't load the camera channels and would refuse to connect to the internet 99% of the time. It is buggy, laggy and overall terrible. App doesn't show live feed but will show feed if you plug it to an actual separate monitor just for the camera. Practically, useless when you're not home and want to check your cams.

2022-11-17	Bi*****	The real time surveillance and the motion detection works with sending me notifications but the motion detection pictures do not show up instead telling me that there is a network error and no data there which is incorrect as my internet is working fine and this has happened to my android phone but this problem does not happen on my relative's iPhone. There is a bug on this app that needs to be fixed so you can stop deleting the device and adding it back on every time you need for it to work
