Do not buy this equipment, if something goes, have to find numbers on your box that are not on them. Was working ok, then around 4/23/24, it stopped working. The screens were locked on that day. Tried taking the app out and putting it back in, but nothing has worked. 07/24/2024 App still not working. 3 months later and they cant fix a bug.

12/2024 Update: OKAY. Each year this app gets worse. I paid too much for the system and installation to get a new security system. If you are looking for a monitored security system, don't buy Zosi! I have not been able to view my cameras on the app in over two weeks. Haven't received any app updates. It's as if the app has just been dumped. / No longer able to view camera on cell phone. If I uninstall the app and re install the app, it will work once. Can't continue to do that!
