2025-01-05	*****	App constantly doesn't charge the car on the schedule. It tells me there is an error and that it needs to be reset. For goodness sake - if it knows it needs to be reset then why doesn't it reset itself. This expensive charger has been a huge mistake. There's a 10% chance my car won't charge each night. That is not good enough.

2024-08-29	C *****	Looks nice but currently many glitches: - If you charge outside a schedule, 'Smart scheduling' disables it. Why not allow users to keep a selected schedule by default rather than having to re-activate it every time? - No bar charts seen if 'Bar Chart Tab' selected. - In Settings, my car details get deleted repeatedly. - Formatting errors, at least on my Samsung S21 Ultra. E.g. if I override a scheduled session, the 2nd sentence of pop-up message is truncated.

2024-07-24	Mi*****	Very frustrating. Inferior to Konnect+ app. Really disappointed. I preferred the Konnect+ because of the data presentation. I would much rather see the data for individual charging sessions rather than a daily total. Because support for Konnect+ is being discontinued, I swapped to the Andersen app this week. BIG mistake. It's so slow!! When I switch to schedule overnight charging, it asks me if I want the government default. NO! I just watch the wheel of doom turn while I wait and wait updating.

Also 1 year summarises per month so again you only see totals. Very very very annoying. Real BACKWARD step. I don't pay over a thousand pounds to install a premium charger and then get fobbed off with a down rated app. The Konnect app listed each charge in a table or graph. Very useful. Please update this app urgently.
