OKEDRA

OKEDRA organizes the daily operations of preschool institutions and school-family communication in a single application. School administrators, teachers, and parents work with screens appropriate to their roles.

SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION
Manage institution, class, staff, student, and parent records. Track assignments, lesson schedules, meal menus, and appointments. Calculate income, expense, and student payment amounts including or excluding VAT.

TEACHERS
Take class attendance; record meal, sleep, and self-care information. Share daily notes, announcements, and permitted photos with families.

PARENTS
View daily reports, lesson, and meal schedules for the student under your care. Track messages and announcements from the school, and create appointment requests.

REGULAR AND CONTROLLED COMMUNICATION
Access operations with categorized menus and homepage return buttons. Report inappropriate content or users and block users in personal messaging. Reports are reviewed by the authorized school administration.

This application is for adult school staff and parents. Available modules may vary depending on your school's authorization and subscription. You can log in with your existing school account.
