OkulMobil: Preschool & Parents

OkulMobil connects families, teachers and preschool administrators. Follow your child's day and keep communication with your nursery or preschool in one place.

The mobile app works alongside the web administration panel. Available features depend on your institution's enabled modules and your permissions. An account activated by your institution is required.

Location sharing during off-site activities
An authorized staff member can start sharing their own live location. While sharing is active, OkulMobil collects that staff member's precise location even when the app is closed or not in use and shares it with parents authorized for the activity. An in-app disclosure and system permission requests appear before sharing starts. Sharing can be stopped within the app. The app does not continuously track all users.

Health records
Medication, allergy and physical development information is for record keeping and communication. OkulMobil does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or treatment recommendations. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

For administrators, teachers, classroom teachers and parents
The web panel supports student, parent, staff and class management, contracts, payment collection records and expenses. Teachers and classroom teachers handle attendance, daily assessments, activities and assignments within their permissions. Parents view information about their own children, respond to consent requests and communicate with the school. The kiosk is a separate device supporting school entry and exit tracking alongside the mobile app and web panel.
