Recent reviews

I was using this app for past 8 months . Yesterday night they send me a text message stating that they will pause our subscription for next 2 weeks . When I contacted customer service there is no response from them. Atleast they could have delivered the goods for the ones with ongoing subscription. Very unprofessional service. Never again going to use this app n won't ever recommend this for anyone.

The service has been prompt and reliable, even in the middle of COVID lockdowns. Full marks on that. 5+ stars. But I see that the rating here is for the app ("Rate this app"), not the service, hence the low rating. Reason - I keep getting several notifications over and over, even after turning it off on the app Settings. Please stop hounding your customers. Enough already! Am on the verge of uninstalling this bothersome app now.
