Meditation

This is an app designed to help you carry out meditation sessions. When you begin your practice, the app will play the mantra the number of times you choose. It will also display the selected symbol in the center of the screen, where you should focus your gaze to enhance concentration. Around this central image, an animation will appear that you should try to ignore—this helps you train your focus and improve progressively.

Your device’s screen will remain on during the meditation. The number of mantra repetitions is configurable, allowing you to set the duration of your session. You can also set a preparation time before the session starts, giving you a moment to get comfortable. Additionally, you’ll be able to pause or resume the meditation at any time without losing your progress.
