The app is primarily intended for those who are just starting to practice meditation.

Use the app to control the time frame within your meditation with minimal distraction from the meditation process itself.

Choose the total duration of the session, determine how long the meditation will be divided into rounds, and you can start.
It will also be convenient to set aside time for breathing exercises before the main meditation session.
If there is a need to control the duration of the breaths and exhalations, the one-second metronome function will be useful.


In the program settings, you can change the color of the interface and set up automatic switching to the "do not bother" mode during meditation.

New functionality is available: daily guided meditations created and voiced by Artificial Intelligence. If you want to see how AI understands the essence and purpose of meditation, go here. The AI determines the theme and content of meditation itself and offers different options every day. The only limitation offered by AI is the time frame, but even here it can manifest itself by adjusting the meditation time by a couple of minutes in one direction or another.
If the device is connected to the Internet, a button will appear on the app's home page that opens a page with guided meditations.
On the meditation list page, you can see the meditations available today.
Every day, the AI creates three arbitrary, guided meditations of 60, 30 and 20 minutes.
Before you start, you can briefly review the text of the meditation or download it directly and launch it.
