2024-08-26	Je*****	Paid for a year subscription in November, couldn't get past the "select plan" screen to changed to a month, paid still couldn't get past the screen so tried to go back to yearly and it says I can't cause I'm subscribed. Can't get to support because it won't let me in. Loads of issues with the app but put up with it cause its court ordered, but having to use email most of the time anyway but I can't even cancel the account

2023-05-29	fa*****	Awful the app is not worth a penny. Too many bugs and expensive for what you get. I want a refund. The help is dreadful the interface is easy but the usage is minus one star. Caused to much conflict because of how useless it is. Nothing has been updated in ages it's horrendous
