2024-10-09	Mi*****	Careful - charged for someone else's parking. Downloaded the app for a holiday rental car. After returning home I was charged a month later for the same car. Obviously the next renter had parked and they just charged me without anyone logging in to the app! Only by removing all info from the app before uninstalling can you avoid charges for other's parking. Keeping password secure isn't enough. Even after sending documents which proved I wasn't the driver on that date they refused a refund.

Try to charge my car, the app says starting but nothing. Tried a couple of time to charge, nop the handshake between charger and car does not work. Uninstall that app, useless
