2025-12-20	Ca*****	Most recent update screwed up alert volume. Now setting to High is mind-meltingly loud, while Medium is far too quiet. Phone settings have no effect, only in-app settings. Of all the things that could have been updated, why break one functional aspect of the app?

2025-11-20	Be*****	for what its supposed to do, if feels like we're using an app that's in their Beta version. Notification sounds repeat even when I have the setting to 1 repeat. the app opens then crashes. I use my thumbprint and it will randomly ask me to input my access code, which is different from your password.

2025-10-25	Da*****	Just doesn't work on Android. The status bar blocks the message from view, group messages arrive later on Android than on Apple phones, and it's very buggy.

2025-10-20	Ma*****	This app is awful, I have to use it for work. When I get a page it keeps vibrating in my pocket, I'm thinking I'm getting six pages when I only get one. Its not great when you're bedside with a patient and can't get to your phone. Some characters won't even appear or even get deleted. For example "I'm bedside with a patient right now." what the person will receive "I????m bedside with a patient right now." It does the job but needs to be improved greatly

2025-10-08	Jo*****	It was fine before the latest update. now I miss pages because the app stops running or the silence mode override doesn't work. They removed the built in ringtones that we became used to for years. Just roll back to the previous codebase.

2025-09-03	Be*****	Pages won't come through until I open the app. Unless they do. It's so inconsistent it's unreliable. Incredibly frustrated, and so is my team. Not Android compatible enough to be applicable to a whole team. Hope they either fix the issues or Institutions find a better alternative.
