Cons

Constantly crashing and draining battery.
Notification issues; many users miss pages or don't receive notifications until opening the app.
Inconsistent ringtone settings; app overrides user's phone settings by setting ringtone volume to max.
App is not well-optimized for Android devices compared to iOS.
No effective way to silence notifications or utilize 'Do Not Disturb' settings.

Update: After weeks of back and forth and providing logs, support responded that there is no Android issue with the app and I should contact my carrier...lol Wow, really professional.

I've missed pages when I'm on call. I have to open the app for it to even notify me that I've been paged. Absolutely worthless. 01/08/26 - still missing pages even after the update.
