2 apps requierment, I Wonder how other banks only need 1 app and are still more safe than this

Alpha bank is at least 20 years away from competition. It has one banking app, but needs this app for a stupid code that resets every 30 sec, but also has another app for payment approvals and also has e-statements with is a nightmare with the situation of your account in the past (yesterday or so). Alpha, your employees are nice but internet app experience is horrific.
