We all have a different energy profile, this is our ability to do physical activity and it depends on physiological parameters (age, weight, height, maximum and minimum heart rate, oxygenation rate) and your training daily.

Alix MED connects very simply to different biometric sensors: ring, bracelet, watch, mattress, t-shirt, bra to adapt each physical activity session to your current needs. All integrated sensors are certified and validated for each medical program.

Alix guides you and supports you in all phases of the session: warm-up, exercises, stretching, and breaks.

Alix has more than 1000 types of exercises qualified by health professionals and high-level sports training specialists.
