User Reviews
Pros
- Works well with Polar H10 and other Bluetooth heart rate straps for accurate HRV measurements.
- Simple, clean, and straightforward user interface that is easy to use.
- Data privacy is strong, with all data stored locally on the smartphone and no required sign-ups.
- App is lightweight and efficient, with quick display of results and smooth operation.
- Provides detailed HRV metrics including stress index and RMSSD, appreciated by users interested in serious monitoring.
Cons
- Lack of explanations or guidance within the app about the meaning of metrics such as Baevsky stress index and HRV scores.
- No clear ranges or classifications available (e.g. low/normal/high stress), making it harder for users to interpret results without external research.
- Some users experience occasional Bluetooth disconnections with their straps, causing usability issues.
- Missing features such as note annotations, graphs to compare recordings over time, dark theme, and font size adjustment for accessibility are requested.
- No continuous or scheduled automatic recording options available, limiting usability for some users.

Could you, please, tell us ranges (low/normal/high stress) of Baevsky stress index you are using? Thanks.

Simple, clean and accurate. I'm using with Polar H10 chest strap and it's on par with other HRV apps I've tried. Only reason for 4 stars is the previously mentioned lack of explanations for the data, and lack of response to my email. A simple FAQ or Wiki would be immensely helpful (especially if it had links to research), but in the meantime I'd really just like to know what stress index this uses. The number is fairly meaningless without understanding what it's measuring and what it means.
