2025-01-02	pe*****	Really bad experience after hospitalisation abroad, took Alan 3 or 4 days to establish contact with hospital. They misinformed me for day of transport back to Belgium saying elite will be on a certain day! After 2 days have passed and I am think I was supposed to fly the next they didn't communicate with me that they decided they will transport me another 4 days later! They didn't even call/email to inform me when my new flight back would happen! Stay away from Alam if you want good experiences
