Absolutely rubbish level of care, Sanitas and AXA far exceed the level of service. If you are considering Alan for your company my advice would be do not.

The map is completely useless, all markers keep blinking and you can't anything. The filters on the list do work properly either. And there are no appointments for months in some specialities. Very disappointing.
