Can't get pass the first step after installation. When I selected a country, nothing happens and there's no button to press to move forward. I tried reinstalling the app and still nothing. The app worked fine before on my old Samsung S9 but doesn't seem to work on Google Pixel 8

Great to receive timely news. User interface is very annoying however....I will be scrolling reading the news on the "latest" tab and the slightest movement to the left or right results in the app shifting to the "My feed" tab or "popular" tab....by the time I switch back to the "latest" tab it refreshes to the top and you have to scroll all the way down again to search for where you left off. This is very annoying.
