Repair Parts & Deposits

Follow each repair from intake to pickup with its parts and payment history close at hand.

• Record customer, equipment, serial number, issue, approval and target date.
• Track needed, ordered, arrived, installed and returned parts.
• Save SKU, supplier, order reference, expected date and part pricing.
• Calculate parts and labour estimates with tax.
• Record payments and refunds and review customer balances.
• Print or share estimate/job-card and payment-statement PDFs.

Payment entries are bookkeeping records. The app does not charge customers, issue bank refunds or place supplier orders.

Choose from multiple currencies. Each financial record keeps its own currency; no exchange-rate conversion is applied and unlike currencies are not combined.

Work offline with records stored on your device. Search your work, export a backup and restore it when needed. You choose where exported files and PDFs are shared. No advertising or AetherMint account is required.

One paid download unlocks the app. No subscription or in-app upgrade.
