Aero is an endurance training platform for runners and the coaches who guide them. Whether you are tracking your own training or managing a whole team, Aero brings your runs, workouts, performance trends, and team communication together in one app.

For athletes, every run from your Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Samsung watch, Strava account, or any device that talks to Apple Health or Health Connect flows in automatically — no manual logging. See your distance, pace, heart rate, cadence, splits, and route map on every workout. Track your weekly mileage, personal bests, training streaks, and progression over weeks and months. Share runs with your team, leave kudos and comments on teammates' workouts, and follow what your squad is doing in a shared community feed.

For coaches, Aero replaces the spreadsheet-and-five-apps tangle that team management usually requires. Build workouts in a structured editor and save them to a reusable library. Assign sessions to your whole roster or to sub-teams — varsity, JV, distance, sprints — on a shared calendar that every athlete sees the moment they open the app. As soon as an athlete stops their watch, their run is in your dashboard, alongside weekly mileage rollups across the team, consistency trends, pace progression, heart rate patterns, and anything that stands out. Leave coach notes on individual runs and reply to athletes through in-line comments.

Aero's AI coach insights summarize what is happening across your roster at a glance and flag patterns worth a closer look — sudden mileage drops, recovery warning signs, breakthrough sessions — so you spend more time coaching and less time digging through data.

Aero is free to use for athletes. Coaches get a 30-day free trial, after which a subscription unlocks team management, workout assignments, the coach dashboard, and AI insights. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and can be managed or cancelled at any time from your Google Play account.

Privacy you can verify. Aero only collects GPS location while you are actively recording a run, and only with your permission — never in the background. We show no ads, sell no data, and never use your health or fitness data for advertising. Everything is encrypted in transit. You can disconnect any synced service or permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time.
