2025-01-24	Zo*****	Can't seem to login. Registration failed but account was created. Then "forgot password" didn't work with the error: "Sorry, your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later". No directions on where to report this bug. If I try to register again it shows that the account already exists. It's a nightmare.

2025-01-23	Di*****	never willing or capable of solving either on the spot or in general any issues arising apart from simple bookings, or cancellations. also, privileges of frequent travelers diminish year by year (all good seats payable even at check in, no free tickets). last but not least, increasing amount of miles required for redemption flights. greatly disappointed.

OMG - this company must be going under!! Don't fly with them! What if they give the same amount of care to their fleet...? )

Buggy website charges us once already for seat selection (and I don't mean reserved amount , I mean fully charged) and then freezes, check in breaks down, no confirmation email and now asks to pay again for the same seat. We think let's pay double and figure things out later with call center. So we try to pay again - unsuccessful transaction this time. So no check in for us I guess and noone to pick up the phone as your call center is not 24-7. It's closed 10pm on Dec25

2024-12-25	Ra*****	I entered the booking code and my last name. Then I can either download a pdf or send to email. The loading spin stays forever. Why then develop an airline ticket app ? For such simplicity. I expected at least Google Wallet, notification for delay.
