CleanOps – drain & sewer

CleanOps is the software for drain and sewer cleaning companies. With the app, crews in the field always have their schedule and job sheets at hand: in the truck, at the customer's or between two jobs.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Your schedule per day: which work orders are ready for you and your crew, in the order of the day. One tap to tomorrow or back to today.
• Open a work order: the customer, the address with the route on the map, the phone number to call right away, and what needs to be done.
• Track your working hours: start and stop the timer per work order, with travel and work kept apart, and breaks in between. Forgot? Enter or correct the time afterwards.
• Notes and photos on the work order, with the camera or from the photo library.
• Fill in certificates, camera reports and extra work on site; the office completes them.
• Paid on site? Record the amount and the payment method, so the office sees it right away.
• Finish the job, with the customer's signature if you wish. The delivery note goes to the customer by e-mail.
• Create a work order for a customer, and the customer card with addresses and previous visits.
• Your hours per week, your leave and your balance, and request leave.
• No signal? Keep working: what you do is sent as soon as there is signal again.
• In the office? Follow the business on the go: the overview, the week's schedule, work orders, invoices, quotes, open items, customers, suppliers, purchases and absences. Read only, with the rights of your role.

WHO IT IS FOR
The app is for the staff and the office of companies that work with CleanOps. You sign in with your company account. No access yet? Ask your office.

SAFE
In the field you see your own work and your crew's, and of the customers only what you need for the job, without financial data. In the office you see what your role in CleanOps shows. The app does not use your location. It works in Dutch and French, and follows your device's dark mode.
