I've tried contacting customer support multiple times with no success. after having a few very pleasent conversations with customer service we solved all the issues. unfortunately (as these things go) this was completely a glitch in the matrix and unexpected to all.

2020-07-21	Ri*****	This app literally broke my heart! I was struggling so hard with my addiction and after numerous failed attempts this was the one thing that finally started giving me some hope.. And Boom on day 4 turns out you need to PAY to proceed further which I can't because I’m from a country where there is NO PAYPAL, I don’t have a credit card and I'm also scared to ask my father because he doesn’t know I smoke. Thanks a lot Adiquit for giving me hope and then crushing everything for a mere 20 bucks :')
