(EDITED) it started off great! I paid for the app, and for days it's been stuck on the same screen. I've tried contacting customer support multiple times with no success. after having a few very pleasent conversations with customer service we solved all the issues. unfortunately (as these things go) this was completely a glitch in the matrix and unexpected to all.
