actucally

Most TDEE calculators guess once and quit. actucally never stops learning.

Tired of generic calorie calculators that spit out one number using a static formula (Harris-Benedict, Mifflin-St Jeor) and never adjust as your body changes? actucally is an adaptive TDEE calculator that recalculates your true daily calorie burn from your own weight and intake data, so your number stays accurate as your metabolism shifts, not just on day one.

How it works
Log your weight each morning and your calorie intake each evening. That's it. actucally does the math and adjusts your TDEE over time based on what's actually happening with your body, not a plug-in-your-stats-once estimate.

Why it's different from a static calculator

Adaptive algorithm — continuously refines your TDEE using your real weight trend and intake, instead of a one-time formula
Weight trend tracking — daily weigh-ins are smoothed to filter out water-weight noise, so you see your true trajectory
Smart calorie tracking — evening logging keeps your intake data connected to your weight trend, where it actually matters
Grace days — didn't log today? Mark it a grace day and actucally estimates it for you. No guilt, no broken streak, no restarting from scratch

Built for real life, not perfect logging
Missed days happen. actucally is designed to keep working even when your logging isn't perfect, so one off day doesn't throw off your whole calorie tracking history.

Privacy by design
Your weight and calorie data stay on your device. Nothing is required to leave your phone for actucally to work.
